Job summary

McDonald’s Guest Experience Leader position at a corporate-owned restaurant is a part-time role designed for energetic, customer-focused individuals. You will greet guests, assist with ordering, and ensure guests have a positive experience during the shift from 8am to 8pm.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time role with hours 8am–8pm.
• Able to greet guests and assist with ordering.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Offer help with using the ordering kiosks.
• Assist guests who need extra hands.
• Check with guests after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat.
• Handle guest concerns and feedback.
• Communicate with the restaurant team to relay feedback and ideas.
