Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Guest Experience Leader in Greensboro, NC. This role offers a starting wage of $13/hour with full-time availability and the opportunity to work 8 am–8 pm on weekdays and 7 am–9 pm on weekends in the lobby.

You will greet guests, help with kiosks, assist guests in need, and ensure satisfaction while collaborating with the restaurant team to provide outstanding service and feedback. 16+ required, with growth opportunities ahead.

Qualifications

• No formal education required beyond willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Guest Experience Leader at corporate owned and operated McDonald's restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while they order.
• Assist guests with using the ordering kiosks.
• Provide help to those who need extra hands.
• Check with guests after food is served to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns and feedback.
• Coordinate with restaurant team to relay feedback and improvements.
