Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Guest Experience Leader in North Carolina to join a franchisee-owned team. You will greet guests, assist with ordering, and help customers at the counter or kiosks while delivering friendly, fast service.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, support your colleagues, and help create positive experiences for guests and families. This is a part-time, on-site role with growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and take orders with a friendly attitude.
• Assist guests with using ordering kiosks and locate help if needed.
• Provide extra support to guests who require it during their visit.
• Check in with guests after delivery to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
