McDonald’s is hiring a Guest Experience Leader for a part-time role in our North Carolina location. You’ll greet guests, assist with ordering and kiosks, support customers needing extra hands, and ensure satisfaction from ordering to pickup.

You’ll help create a friendly, fast-paced team environment and grow with opportunities through Archways to Opportunity and other benefits. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and ready to work an 8am–8pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time role that supports full-time ambitions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with ordering.
• Help guests with using the ordering kiosks.
• Assist guests who need extra hands.
• Check with guests after food to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat.
• Handle concerns and relay feedback to the team.
• Coordinate with restaurant team to improve service.
