Job summary

Lexus of Colorado Springs is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to lead a high‑quality guest and employee experience on the showroom floor, guiding the sales process and ensuring a transparent, hassle‑free journey for guests.

Deliver expert Lexus brand knowledge, supervise the sales floor to meet goals, and partner with teams across departments. We offer a four‑day work week with Fridays and Saturdays required, plus market‑leading benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Sales experience is required
• Automotive experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead ambassador in fostering a high-quality guest and employee experience.
• Demonstrate expert level proficiency of the sales process and the Lexus brand.
• Provide a transparent, engaging, and hassle-free guest buying journey.
• Observe the sales floor to ensure every guest and employee is having their needs met.
• Ensure sales and performance goals are met and work to create performance improvement plans as needed.
• Acquire and maintain current state sales license, completing continuing education requirements as needed.
• Responsible for controlling the sale, to secure each sale and ensure that every vehicle sold is delivered.
