Job summary

Lexus of Colorado Springs is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to lead the guest and employee experience on the showroom floor. You will guide the sales process, uphold Lexus brand standards, and ensure a transparent, enjoyable buying journey for every guest.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead ambassador in fostering a high-quality guest and employee experience.
• Demonstrate expert level proficiency of the sales process and the Lexus brand.
• Provide a transparent, engaging, and hassle-free guest buying journey.
• Observe the sales floor to ensure every guest and employee is having their needs met.
• Ensure sales and performance goals are met and work to create performance improvement plans as needed.
• Acquire and maintain current state sales license, completing continuing education requirements as needed.
• Responsible for controlling the sale, to secure each sale and ensure that every vehicle sold is delivered.
