Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, seeks a Wellness & Sports Manager for Esplanade at Madeira Ranch in Elk Grove, CA. Lead spa, fitness, tennis, and resort pool programming, manage staff and contractors, and balance hospitality with financial performance to deliver an exceptional member experience.

You will oversee policy compliance, training, inventory, and scheduling while enhancing guest satisfaction and community engagement across wellness offerings.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Personal Training certification from a nationally recognized organization.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
• 2–3 years of experience leading a private, member-owned club/space.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of The Venue/Lodge, Resort Pool, and Sports programming.
• Lead wellness, spa, fitness, and sports programming with a service-first mindset.
• Manage vendors, independent contractors, and programming partners.
• Prepare and monitor the wellness budget and annual operating plan.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and brand standards.
• Provide outstanding service and actively engage with members during peak hours.
