Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate exceptional service for guests across hotel sites. You will work with colleagues to meet service standards, assist with valet operations, and ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure.

The role emphasizes aggressive hospitality, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving, with shifts including days, evenings, and overnights. Experience in guest services is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to drive manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Open doors for guests and assist with parking procedures.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, maintain order and safety.
• Explain parking procedures and assist with directions and inquiries.
• Coordinate with account manager and team to support service standards.
• Handle guest issues promptly and escalate when needed.
