Job summary

RoadHouse Cinemas in Green Valley, AZ seeks an expeditor to energize the guest experience from first impression to departure, handling ticketing, concessions, running food and bussing, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

You will multitask with urgency, handle POS transactions, answer guest questions, communicate specials, and collaborate with team across departments to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Must obtain Title 4/eTips certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire.
• No prior experience required.
• Barista experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask with urgency while maintaining accuracy.
• Ensure guest safety by following all required safety processes and protocols.
• Anticipate guest needs and communicate menu and specials.
• Operate IPad and POS systems for tickets, concessions, and payments.
• Deliver concessions and merchandise to guests with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobby, restrooms, and dining areas.
• Assist other departments as needed and perform duties as assigned.
