Job summary

Palmas Restaurant Group, operating at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, seeks a Service Ambassador Supervisor for El Mercado Restaurant to oversee a high-volume dining room and ensure guest satisfaction per SPOTLIGHT standards.

You will lead a cast of hospitality team members, train new staff, and coordinate with management to maintain service excellence, safety, and professionalism in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience in a high-volume setting.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role in a restaurant or high-volume venue.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a quality guest experience per SPOTLIGHT standards.
• Lead and mentor cast members to maintain cleanliness, product integrity, and guest engagement.
• Supervise reporting cast members and follow checklists and management directions.
• Foster open communication between service staff and management for smooth operations.
• Train new cast members on policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Attend staff meetings and training; perform side work and safety duties.
