Job summary

Palmas Restaurant Group in Orlando is hiring a Server to guide guests through the dining experience at Disney properties. You will need strong knowledge of menu items, confident and courteous communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• One year of restaurant serving experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and beverages a plus.
• Must have or be able to obtain Florida Food Safety Certificate and Florida Responsible Vendors Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned table section for guest arrival.
• Explain all food and beverage items on the menus and specials.
• Lead guests through the dining experience and upsell menu items as appropriate.
• Deliver each course to guests in a timely fashion and ensure satisfaction.
• Process guest payments accurately following cash handling procedures.
