Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, and events.
• Maintain service standards across all dining outlets.
• Assist with banquet and event execution to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Be visibly present on the floor and support team during service.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guest feedback and communicate improvement opportunities.
• Train, coach, and mentor front-of-house associates.
• Assist with scheduling, shift assignments, and labor management.
• Support onboarding and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate on menu rollouts, promotions, and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout restaurant areas.
