Job summary

Pick & Cheese at Shaver Food Hall is seeking an energetic Restaurant Hourly Manager to greet guests, manage reservations, and lead the host team across shifts.

You’ll ensure a flawless guest experience with warm, professional service, share tips about the venue, and collaborate with management to uphold standards.

NYC hospitality experience required; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; bilingual a plus; medical benefits after 90 days for hourly staff.

Qualifications

• Prior NYC hospitality or restaurant experience is required.
• Experience with Resy is preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer phones and manage reservations (Resy).
• Direct guests to seating and assist with open/close duties.
• Maintain clean, inviting host stand and common areas.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless guest experiences across shifts.
• Relay guest feedback to management to improve service.
• Represent the Pick & Cheese brand with hospitality and pride.
