Qualifications

• Six months of experience in restaurant service.
• Ability to greet and seat guests professionally.
• Understanding of basic math for handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat all guests using the Rib Crib greeting and six steps of service.
• Provide menu information, answer questions, and suggest items.
• Answer phone calls, take orders, and assist catering inquiries.
• Record orders, relay to kitchen, and serve courses.
• Prepare drinks, desserts, and stock service bars as needed.
• Clear tables, reset counters, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Display teamwork and assist with other duties as needed.
