Job summary

Society Burger LLC is seeking a friendly Host to guide guests, seat customers, and manage dining room flow. This role includes handling payments, maintaining the cashier area, and ensuring a clean, organized front-of-house.

You will read seating charts, manage the wait list, answer calls, and support team members to deliver a smooth dining experience. You may assist with to-go orders and opening/closing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and seat them; read seating chart and waitlist.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.
• Answer phone calls and take to-go or catering orders when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier stand and restrooms.

Responsibilities

• Direct guest flow and manage seating to optimize wait times.
• Process payments and ensure cash drawer accuracy.
• Answer phone inquiries, take orders, and assist customers with questions.
• Stock supplies for to-go orders and keep front-of-house tidy.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and team duties as needed.
