McDonald’s is seeking a Guest Experience Leader in Ohio to join our restaurant team. You will greet guests, assist with ordering at kiosks, and provide helpful service to ensure a positive guest experience.

We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth, with hours between 8am and 8pm. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older to work at a franchisee-operated McDonald’s restaurant.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Assist guests with using the ordering kiosks.
• Provide extra help to guests as needed.
• Check with guests after food is served for satisfaction or needs.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat.
• Handle guest concerns.
• Communicate feedback and recommendations to the restaurant team.
