McDonald’s Guest Experience Leader role in Ravenna, OH offers a flexible part-time schedule with opportunities to learn and grow in a busy restaurant environment. You’ll greet guests, assist with order flow, and help customers using kiosks while ensuring a positive experience for every guest.

A strong attitude and teamwork are encouraged as you support the restaurant team and childhood joy through service. Starting pay is $12/hr for under 18 and $13/hr for 18+ with an additional $2/hr premium

• Greet guests and communicate with them while taking orders

• Address guest concerns and relay feedback to the team
• Support smooth operations and teamwork during shifts
