Job summary

McDonald’s works for me. We’re looking for a Guest Experience Leader to greet guests, assist with ordering, and ensure satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll help guests navigate kiosks, assist those needing extra hands, and ensure kids receive treats, while collaborating with the team to deliver great service. This role offers part-time hours between 8am and 8pm, with training provided to help you grow and excel in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time position with hours 8am–8pm.
• Comprehensive training will be provided for fast-paced teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders.
• Assist guests with ordering kiosks.
• Provide extra help to customers who need it.
• Check back with guests after receiving food to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat.
• Address and resolve guest concerns.
• Communicate feedback and recommendations to the restaurant team.
