McDonald's is hiring Guest Experience Leaders to work in our restaurant between 8am and 8pm. You will greet guests, assist with ordering kiosks, and ensure a great guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers part-time and full-time roles with competitive pay up to $15 per hour plus benefits, including training, tuition assistance, and advancement opportunities. You must be 16 years or older to apply and transportation to shifts is required.

• Experience in fast-paced customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Assist guests with using the ordering kiosks.
• Provide help to guests who need extra hands.
• Check with guests after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat.
• Handle customer concerns and feedback.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to improve service.
