Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding member and guest service at the club. You will support golf operations with bag handling, cart prep, range operations, and maintaining clean work areas, ensuring carts are ready for play.

Responsibilities include assisting golfers, promoting events, marshaling carts, and keeping facilities tidy. The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication to uphold our standards of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading and unloading bags and preparing gear for play.
• Promote club events and course conditions to members and guests.
• Marshal and manage carts in the staging area, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance.
• Maintain cart barn, practice facilities, and other exterior spaces.
• Set up and manage practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters to ensure seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments and keep the Golf Shop organized.
