Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to provide outstanding service to members and guests at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean work areas, ensuring carts are ready for play and stored properly.

You will marshal carts, support golf operations, and collaborate with range attendants and starters to deliver a seamless experience throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing equipment for play.
• Promote club events and course information to enhance member/guest experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, ensure carts are clean and functional; report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn, storage and practice areas.
• Set up and manage practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with golf operations staff to ensure seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments meeting club standards and keep areas stocked.
