Responsibilities

• Assist Front Office leadership in creating and executing strategies for front and back of house to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Help manage room inventory to optimize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
• Maintain procedures for financial transactions, security of monies and guest safety.
• Guide Front Office Agents in daily tasks and operations.
• Address guest complaints with timely, effective corrective actions.
• Control daily host blocks for suites and special room blocks.
• Coordinate with other departments for guest/group handling.
• Monitor team performance and conduct evaluations as needed.
• Handle guest concerns and support guest service programs.
