Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel in Santa Ana Pueblo, NM seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager to coordinate daily Front Office operations, maintain guest satisfaction, and support policy implementation. The role includes guiding staff, ensuring service standards, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.

The candidate will supervise Front Office staff, collaborate with the Call Center, Pool, Business Center, and Fitness Center teams, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in hospitality or related field required or experience substituted year-for-year.
• Strong knowledge of PMS; yield management experience and budgeting exposure.
• Experience in hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations and coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security.
• Assist Front Office Manager with policies, service quality, and training.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
• Support group bookings, arrivals/departures, and special requests with the Sales team.
• Monitor occupancy, revenues, and inventory; participate in forecasting and strategy meetings.
• Ensure guest feedback is addressed and guest satisfaction remains high.
