Job summary

Santa Ana Pueblo in New Mexico is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee daily operations of Front and Back of House, coordinate with Call Center, Pool, Business Center, and Fitness Center, and ensure adherence to policies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 7–10 years of related experience, strong PMS (V1 preferred), leadership, and excellent communication; 21+. Lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or 7–10 years related experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Strong PMS knowledge; V1 experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, motivational and leadership qualities.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with multiple management levels.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily front and back of house operations and call center coordination.
• Establishes policies, procedures, service and quality standards.
• Implements financial and operational plans aligned with vision.
• Collaborates with Revenue Manager on inventory, pricing, revenue and occupancy.
• Prepares occupancy and revenue forecasts weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Handles guest complaints and supports guest service programs.
• Manages expenses, labor costs and staffing to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Develops training programs and supports front office staff.
• Ensures adherence to policies and professional conduct.
• Perform other duties; preference to Santa Ana Tribal Members.
