Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ due to handling wine and spirits.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling.

• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers while delivering best-in-class service.
• Answer questions, make suggestions and resolve complaints.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, registers, and cash handling.
• Review and balance register transactions; investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor cash needs, deposits, and petty cash.
• Check lottery stock and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Schedule breaks to ensure proper coverage.
• Assist with checkout and customer service reports.
• Support promotional events and training of new associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following regs.
