Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with best-in-class service; greet, engage, thank guests.
• Provide consistent, friendly service; answer questions and resolve complaints.
• Lead by example; manage store areas and departments.
• Maintain store condition; keep perishables full and clean; ensure sanitation.
• Open/close duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Communicate with departments daily to assess needs and schedules.
• Assist with staffing needs and training of new associates.
• Assist with receiving and stocking daily deliveries.
• Create attractive displays and end caps based on weekly sales.
• Assist with ordering and inventory under Store Manager guidance.
• Support store promotional events as needed.
• Mentor and train new associates.
• Maintain safe work environment; follow sanitation regulations.
