Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a friendly Front of House Agent to manage receptionist and clerical tasks at our lodging building. As the first contact for guests, you will create a positive first impression and deliver outstanding service throughout stays.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to work independently without supervision.
• Intermediate computer skills with office suites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service.
• Handle arrivals and departures, assist with guest accounting.
• Answer phones, book reservations, and handle interdepartmental inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries via email.
• Log maintenance requests and follow up on completion.
• Prepare daily occupancy and arrival/departure reports.
• Maintain lobby coffee service and assist in mailroom operations.
• Perform light housekeeping and provide bell/valet assistance as needed.
