Job summary

Brian Head Lodge in Brian Head, UT is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for the 2026/2027 winter season. You will oversee guest check-in/check-out, manage reservations, and ensure front desk operations run smoothly to create a memorable stay.

You will lead the front desk team, handle phone and online bookings, process payments, and provide guests with room information, rates, and local recommendations. A high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Has a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Can pass a background check.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Supervisor or front desk experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the front desk team and serve as a primary guest service contact.
• Manage phone and online reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Process payments, verify credit card details, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide guests with info about rooms, rates, amenities, and local recommendations.
• Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure guest-ready accommodations.
• Address and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
