Job summary

Paycom in Brian Head is seeking a Night Auditor for Winter 2026/2027 at the Brian Head Lodge Front Desk. This seasonal role focuses on guest check-ins, reservations, payments, and providing local recommendations.

The position requires strong communication, reliable overnight availability, and attentiveness to detail to keep the lodge running smoothly during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to resolve guest issues calmly and professionally.
• Background check clearance required.
• Must be able to sit for long periods during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist late-arriving or departing guests.
• Manage phone, email, and online reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide guests with information about rooms, rates, amenities, and local recommendations.
• Process payments, verify credit card details, and maintain accurate records using a POS system.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist late-arriving or departing guests.
• Manage phone, email, and online reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide guests with info about rooms, rates, amenities, and local recommendations.
• Process payments, verify credit card details, and maintain accurate records using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Other duties as assigned.
