Job summary

Brian Head Lodge is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for the Winter 2026/2027 season. You’ll oversee check-in/check-out, manage reservations, and ensure smooth front desk operations.

You’ll support your team while addressing guest concerns to maintain an unforgettable stay on the mountain. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and a willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Has a high school diploma or GED.
• Presents strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Can pass a background check.
• Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Supervisor or front desk experience preferred - but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the front desk team and serve as a primary guest service contact.
• Manage phone and online reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Process payments, verify credit card details, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide guests with information about rooms, rates, amenities, and local recommendations.
• Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure guest-ready accommodations.
• Address and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
