Job summary

Aimbridge-Hospitality in Waco, TX is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead guest services at the property. You will oversee check-ins/outs, guide a team, handle VIP requests, and ensure a welcoming experience that leaves guests with lasting memories.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in hospitality, supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license. We offer daily pay and a benefits package including health coverage and 401k.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; college coursework helpful.
• 2–3 years of progressive hotel or related field experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Track logs, manage messages and packages, and maintain professional standards.
• Monitor room rates, packages and promotions to boost revenue while delivering value.
• Lead, train, and support the team while addressing guest concerns and maintaining safety standards.
