Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality in Waco, TX is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead a guest-focused team and ensure exceptional service across check-ins, reservations, and VIP requests.

You will oversee daily front desk operations, train staff, and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to uphold standards while driving guest satisfaction and value. This role requires leadership and a commitment to safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2–3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Guest experience: greet guests warmly and ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs, handle reservations and VIP requests.
• Operations: track logs, manage messages and packages, ensure attention to detail and speed.
• Revenue & rate: stay aware of room rates, packages and promotions to enhance revenue and value for guests.
• Team leadership: train associates, build a strong team, address guest concerns while upholding safety and standards.
