Job summary

Blo Plano is seeking a friendly front-of-house team member to welcome guests and uphold the Blo brand experience. You will be the first and last impression, ensuring every guest leaves feeling valued and cared for.

With a bias toward customer service and sales, you’ll maintain a clean, engaging salon environment and participate in ongoing training. There is room for growth, including cross-training on services or stylist certification.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and peak hours.
• Proficient with Mac computers.

Responsibilities

• You are the first and last impression for the Guest and a Blo brand ambassador.
• You are professional, friendly, tactful, and diffuse tense situations to create great experiences.
• Maintain a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment.
• Participate in routine up-training and skill advancement.
• Opportunity to be cross-trained on additional services or promoted to stylist with certification.
