Blo Plano is seeking a guest services associate to greet clients, manage bookings, and assist with memberships and services. You will be the first and last impression for guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience in a fast-paced salon setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Maintain a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment.
• Participate in routine up-training and skill development.
• Assist with selling hair packages or memberships and beauty products.
• Support stylists and beauty technicians as part of the team.

You Must Have:

• The ability to work weekends (Fridays and Saturday) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)
• A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
• Salon experience an asset
• Strong technical skills and experience using a Mac computer
