Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced lobby environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor during check-in and check-out.
• Provide personalized service while efficiently handling arrivals, departures, and billing.
• Answer questions about hotel amenities, dining, local attractions, and transportation.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns to ensure a seamless stay.
• Maintain an active lobby presence, offering assistance as needed.
• Process payments, cash handling, and room charges per procedures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Valet, and other departments.
• Protect guest confidentiality and security of information.
• Handle requests and service recoveries with professionalism and urgency.
• Keep front desk and guest areas organized and welcoming.
• Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and brand expectations.
