OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor for the DoubleTree Green Tree location. You will oversee front desk operations, supervise agents, concierge, and bell staff, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to resolve guest issues promptly in a fast-paced hotel setting, with shift-based scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Hospitality Management degree preferred.
• Experience supervising front desk operations or hospitality teams.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio) is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise front desk agents, concierge, and bell staff.
• Create and manage staff schedules and shift coverage.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Monitor staff performance and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
• Ensure consistent application of brand standards across the team.
• Oversee check-in/check-out processes and guest requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness and accuracy.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain front office records.
