Job summary

Portland Trail Blazers @ the Rose Quarter is seeking Environmental Services Event Crew to help deliver a premier fan experience at games, concerts, and other events. You will maintain a clean, safe venue, respond to radio directives, and assist with sanitization and restock duties.

We value reliability and teamwork. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Role Overview

As an Environmental Services Event Crew member, you contribute to an outstanding fan experience by maintaining a clean and safe environment during Trail Blazers games, concerts, and other events on our campus. Your daily tasks include communicating and responding via radio, cleaning surfaces, and detailing and sanitizing public areas.

• Commencement: August 19, 2026 (expected)

We’d Like to Hear From You If

• You are at least 16 years of age.
• You can understand and communicate in conversational English, including following verbal and written direction.
• You possess effective social and oral communication skills.
• You are available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasionally holidays, and meet our minimum availability requirement.
• You can be on your feet for several hours at a time, move loaded housekeeping carts (75 pounds), climb stairs, bend, reach, move barriers and boxes, and hold equipment safely, demonstrating proper body mechanics at all times.
• You can effectively work in a team with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
