Job summary

Murphy Family Restaurants, a McDonald’s franchisee in Southeast Alabama and the Florida Panhandle, is seeking Guest Experience Leads to join the team. The role focuses on welcoming guests, assisting with ordering, and ensuring satisfaction in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Part-time opportunities with the chance to grow within the organization. Applicants must be 16 years or older and ready to deliver exceptional service across 8am–8pm shifts.

Qualifications

• Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering.
• Offering help with using the ordering kiosks.
• Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands.
• Checking with guests to ensure satisfaction after pickup.
• Ensuring kids receive a kid treat when appropriate.
• Handling guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Communicating with the team to provide feedback and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Shifts range between 8am and 8pm.
• You must have an outstanding attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• We’ll teach you the rest and offer opportunities to grow within the franchise.
