Job summary

Murphy Family Restaurants, a McDonald’s franchisee in the Southeast Alabama area and the Florida Panhandle, is looking for Guest Experience Leads to join our growing team. This is a part-time role with opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed.

As a Guest Experience Lead you will greet guests, help with ordering kiosks, assist those needing extra hands, and ensure everyone is satisfied. Shifts range from 8am to 8pm, and you must be 16 or older to work at our McDonald’s franchise location.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering.
• Assisting guests with using the ordering kiosks.
• Offering help to those needing extra hands.
• Checking with guests after food is served to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensuring kids receive a kid treat.
• Handling guest concerns and feedback.
• Communicating with the restaurant team to share feedback and suggestions.
