McDonald's Guest Experience Leader in Texas is seeking motivated individuals for a part-time role with hours between 8am and 8pm. You will greet guests, assist with ordering and kiosks, and help ensure a positive guest experience by responding to needs and feedback.

You’ll join a team that values energy, service, and learnable skills, with access to education programs, meal benefits, and scheduling flexibility. Must be 16 or older and ready to grow with us.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering.
• Assisting guests with using the ordering kiosks.
• Providing help to guests who need extra hands.
• Checking with guests after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensuring kids receive a kid treat when appropriate.
• Handling guest concerns and passing feedback to the team.
• Collaborating with restaurant staff to improve guest experience.
