Job summary

Global Partners LP is looking for a Guest Service Associate to create an outstanding guest experience and support all store-level tasks in Vermont. The role emphasizes customer engagement, adherence to safety and store policies, and accurate POS handling.

You will handle replenishment, vendor coordination, and basic housekeeping while complying with company standards and safety guidelines. The position may involve flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions and replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
