McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a Guest Experience Leader to warmly greet guests, assist with ordering, and support a fast-paced team in a busy restaurant environment.

You’ll help guests use ordering kiosks, ensure kids receive a kid treat, address concerns, and share feedback with the team to improve service. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential, with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, capability to excel in a fast-paced team environment. We'll teach you the rest.
• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Guest Experience Leader at corporate owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while taking orders.
• Assist guests with using ordering kiosks.
• Assist guests who need extra hands.
• Check with guests after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction or if they need anything else.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat.
• Handle guest concerns and feedback.
• Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations.
