Job summary

Wamesit Lanes in Tewksbury, MA is seeking an Event Services Coordinator to be the friendly on-site contact for client events. You’ll review event details, ensure the space is ready, and coordinate with servers, bartenders, and attractions staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities include monitoring the event schedule from start to finish, addressing guest needs promptly, and supporting the team with setup, service, and cleanup.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hospitality and/or food & beverage experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to provide direction to employees during an event.
• Noticing details and recognizing when attention is needed.
• Enjoy interacting with guests and building rapport with clients.
• Remain calm and professional when issues arise.
• Able to jump in to help the team when needed.
• Balance several priorities while maintaining guest experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with Tripleseat, CenterEdge, and Brunswick.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED; additional education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome event clients and serve as their primary on-site contact.
• Review the event details before guests arrive to understand plans.
• Ensure the event space is clean, arranged, and ready for the client.
• Confirm setup and services match the plan with the client.
• Check in with clients throughout the event.
