NEXDINE Hospitality is hiring a part-time Cook in Camp Verde, AZ. The Cook will prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and catered events and operate kitchen equipment under supervision. Strong customer service and food safety practices are essential for daily kitchen operations.

The role involves maintaining sanitation, assisting with inventory, and supporting culinary staff across stations in a fast-paced environment. Join a team that emphasizes quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure safe and sanitary practices.
• Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperatures by regulating ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Check quality of ingredients, rotate stock, and follow labeling and dating procedures.
• Monitor cooking progress using taste, smell, and thermometers to determine doneness.
• Prepare stations and follow company guidelines for meals and service.
• Bake, roast, broil, and steam meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods.
• Season, weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes with supervisor guidance.
• Wash, peel, cut, and seed fruits and vegetables for meals.
• Carve, trim and prepare meats and seafood for hot or cold service.
• May bake breads, rolls, cakes, and pastries.
• May wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, or other cooking equipment.
• Compile and maintain records of food usage and assist with inventory.
