Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Dining Floor Supervisor for onsite operations at Kohler, WI. You will oversee shift leaders and front-of-house staff, ensure service standards, and manage daily restaurant tasks while supporting the Manager.

The role requires 1–3 years of food and beverage experience (fine dining preferred) and the ability to obtain Learn2serve and ServeSafe certifications within 30 days. Compensation ranges hourly from $13.70 to $20.50 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of food and beverage experience required, fine dining preferred.
• Restaurant supervisor or manager experience highly preferred.
• Must obtain Learn2serve and ServeSafe certifications within 30 days of employment.
• Candidate must have the ability to obtain an operator's license within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Process all new hire and employee change paperwork promptly.
• Overseeing general restaurant operations and responsibilities of shift leaders and front of house staff.
• Upholding Kohler Hospitality Standards while assisting Manager/Supervisor with Restaurant Tasks.
• Evaluating staffing requirements and preparing work schedules weekly.
• Preparing weekly forecasts and anticipate heavy business times and organize procedures to ensure proper service.
• Being responsible for any large reservations, special requests, and special menus.
• Ensuring all cashiering procedures are processed in compliance with accounting standards.
• Training and integration of new associates.
