Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality in North Manchester, IN is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to oversee daily dining services and ensure client satisfaction while managing staff under the General Manager or Chef. You will monitor service quality, coordinate event support, and uphold food presentation standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and exceptional customer service, with duties including scheduling, vendor liaison, safety compliance, and assisting in catering event execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in similar position.
• Specialized training in catering.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of daily dining services to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to standards and arrange for repairs.
• Build and maintain a working 2+ week schedule with at least 3 weeks posted.
• Assist with staff scheduling and vendor relationships to ensure timely service.
• Ensure safety, proper food handling, sanitation, and uniform guidelines.
• Assist with event menu writing and cost control with Chef Manager or Chef.
• Assist in the production of food.
• Coordinate and supervise catering events according to client standards.
• Meet with prospective clients to review event requirements and execution.
