Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to oversee daily dining services at Mouth of Wilson, VA, ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting the GM/Chef. The role involves staff oversight, event coordination, and quality control to uphold service excellence.

You will lead cooks and servers, assist with menu planning, scheduling, cost control, and safety practices while delivering outstanding client service in a demanding kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Culinary training or certification is preferred.
• ServSafe, Choke Safety and Allergen Awareness certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of daily dining services to ensure client satisfaction.
• Schedule a 2+ week calendar with at least 3 weeks posted.
• Supervise cooks, servers and utility workers in food prep and service.
• Assist with event planning, menu writing and cost control.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and uniform guidelines.
• Collaborate with Chef/Manager on menu and operations.
• Oversee setup and breakdown of catering events.
