Job summary

NexDine is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor in Goshen, IN. The role reports to the General Manager or Chef and focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences, supervising dining staff, and ensuring food presentation meets client standards.

The position emphasizes customer service, event coordination, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced kitchen and service environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience in similar position.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Choke Safety Certification.
• Allergen Awareness Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of daily dining services to ensure client satisfaction.
• Supervise staff in the preparation, service and delivery of food.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
• Assist with event menu writing and cost control with Chef Manager or Chef.
• Plan, coordinate and execute catering events with appropriate seating, decorations and displays.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure quality control of supplies.
