Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in guest services or hospitality operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• California Food Handler certification or ability to obtain it.
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily ticket booth and concessions operations.
• Manage and support Ticket Booth Leads and Concessions staff.
• Recruit, hire, train, and inspire a high-performing crew.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Accounting teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
