Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Massachusetts to drive a top-notch guest experience and support day-to-day store tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, and maintain safety and cleanliness across the store environment.

Responsibilities include replenishing stock, assisting management with guest requests, checking in vendors, and performing merchandising tasks while complying with company standards. Flexible hours and a focus on customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest service preferred.
• Able to handle cash and operate a POS accurately.
• Demonstrates reliable, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS, maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
